What things cost.

We tell you the price before you pay, every time. Nothing is charged until you have seen the amount and approved it.

Membership

Essential, for one person, ₹2,499 a year. Family, for up to four people on one shared Atulyam Points balance, ₹5,999 a year. Anyone who joins by 31 December 2026 pays nothing for their first year. If you go a whole membership year without using any of our services, we refund the fee or renew your membership free for another year, whichever you prefer (see refunds).

Doctor consultations

Each doctor sets their own fee, so it varies by speciality and by how long they have been practising. The exact amount is shown to you before you pay, on the consultation page, and you can decline it. There is no charge for asking your health manager whether you need a consultation at all. If you would rather see a doctor in person, we arrange a walk-in consultation at a leading hospital, and that fee is paid to the hospital at its usual rate.

Medicines

Prescription medicines are billed at the printed MRP on the pack, and we do not add anything to it. Everyday supplements are billed at a member price we negotiate on volume. The pharmacy that dispenses your order is the seller and issues the invoice in your name, so you can check every line against the pack you received.

No medicine is supplied without a prescription from a registered doctor.

Blood tests and imaging

You are quoted the price before anything is booked. We are still agreeing rates with partner laboratories and imaging centres in Gurugram, so we quote each test individually rather than publish a list we cannot yet stand behind. Home collection for blood samples is arranged at a slot you choose.

Hospital treatment

Before you commit, we share an estimate prepared for you. Every estimate is personal, because the price of a procedure depends on the hospital, the room category, the surgeon and your own case.

Hospital treatment is paid directly to the hospital. Sometimes a part is paid in advance through Atulyam to hold your admission, and the balance at the hospital. Paying part in advance never adds to the total: anything you pay us is part of the hospital's amount, and your receipt says so.

An estimate is indicative, not a fixed price. If your case changes, the final amount can change too, and any difference is paid directly to the hospital. See our terms.

What we never charge for

• Talking to your health manager, however many times you need to.
• An estimate, or a second estimate from a different hospital.
• Being told you do not need a procedure or a test.

How you pay

Membership and consultations are paid on the website or in the app by card, UPI or net banking, through a secure payment gateway. Hospital treatment is paid to the hospital. Medicines are invoiced by the dispensing pharmacy.
