These terms govern your use of Atulyam Health. This is a template for your review, please have it checked by a qualified legal advisor before you go live.

Our service

Atulyam Health is a private healthcare concierge and coordination service. We help you navigate hospitals, consultations, medications, therapy and women's health. We support, but do not replace, qualified medical professionals or emergency services.

Not for emergencies

Our service is not for medical emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.

Medications

Prescription treatments are provided only after review by a licensed doctor and where clinically appropriate. You agree to provide accurate health information so care can be delivered safely.

Membership & billing

Membership plans are billed as described at sign-up. Prices shown are indicative and confirmed at onboarding. You may change or cancel your plan at any time; there is no lock-in. If you use none of our services during a membership year, we refund that year's fee or renew your membership free for another year, at your choice, as set out in our refund policy.

Hospital treatment and estimates

Hospital treatment is paid by you directly to the hospital. Any amount we share before treatment is an indicative initial estimate, based on what the hospital tells us at the time, and not a fixed price. If your condition, the treatment, the length of your stay or anything else changes, the final amount may differ, and any difference is payable by you directly to the hospital under the hospital's own terms. Where part of the hospital's amount is paid in advance through Atulyam Health to hold an admission, it counts towards the hospital's bill and is not an additional charge. Atulyam Health does not guarantee the final hospital bill.

Atulyam Points

• Points are earned on eligible payments at network hospitals and are a loyalty benefit.
• Points never expire and can be redeemed at any hospital in the network.
• Points hold no cash value outside the network and are non-transferable except through family pooling.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

Atulyam Health, Atulyam Points, the emblem, the wordmarks and the look of this site and the apps are trade marks and copyright works of Atulyam Health. The text, design, graphics, code, documents and data on the platform are ours or licensed to us. You may use the platform for your own care and that of your family. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, frame, mirror, reverse-engineer or extract any part of the platform, its content or its data, nor use automated tools to access it, nor use our names or marks to suggest an association with us, without our written permission. Member prices, hospital arrangements and professional introductions are provided for booking through Atulyam only and may not be taken elsewhere or shared for that purpose.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. Please tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
