Professional Partner Terms
Effective 21 August 2026 · These terms govern the relationship between you (the "Professional") and Atulyam Health ("Atulyam", "we") when you provide consultations to Atulyam members through our platform.
1. Who can join
Doctors must be Registered Medical Practitioners (RMPs) holding a valid registration with the National Medical Commission or a State Medical Council. Psychologists and therapists must hold a valid registration with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) or an equivalent recognised qualification, which we verify before activation. You confirm that all registration and qualification details you provide are true, current and not suspended, and you will tell us immediately if that changes.
2. Independent professional
You practice as an independent professional, not as an employee, agent or partner of Atulyam. Clinical judgement, diagnosis, prescriptions and treatment decisions are yours alone and made in the member's best interest. Atulyam coordinates, schedules and supports — it does not practice medicine.
3. Standards of care
Doctors agree to follow the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines (2020) issued under the Indian Medical Council (Professional Conduct, Etiquette and Ethics) Regulations, including patient identification, informed consent, appropriate use of video/audio/text modes, and the limits on prescribing certain medicines remotely. Therapists agree to follow the ethical code of their registering body. Emergencies must be redirected to in-person emergency care immediately; the platform is not for emergency use.
4. Confidentiality & data
Member information is confidential and may be used only to provide care to that member. You will handle personal and health data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable medical-records rules, keep records for the legally required period, and never share member data outside the platform without consent or legal requirement. Atulyam likewise keeps your personal, registration and bank details confidential and uses them only for verification, scheduling and payment.
5. Availability & conduct
You set your own availability and may update it any time. Once you accept a consultation you agree to honour it, or give reasonable notice so the member can be re-scheduled. You will treat members with courtesy and respect, and respond to consultation messages within a reasonable time (ordinarily one working day).
6. Fees & payment
Consultation fees are agreed with you individually and shown to members by Atulyam. Atulyam collects payment from members and pays you 65% of each consultation fee, retaining 35% as its platform fee (covering scheduling, payment processing, member support and the concierge service). Your share is paid to the bank account you register on a monthly cycle, with a statement of consultations. Tax is deducted at source where required under the Income-tax Act (e.g. section 194J), and a valid PAN is required for payment. You are responsible for your own income tax and, if applicable, GST registration and compliance.
7. Verification & approval
Your application is reviewed by Atulyam; we may verify your registration with the issuing council and may ask for further details. We may decline or withdraw approval at our discretion, including for any concern about conduct, qualification or member safety.
8. Intellectual property & branding
You keep ownership of your own clinical notes and materials. You may describe yourself as an "Atulyam Health network professional" while active, and agree not to use the Atulyam name or marks otherwise without written permission.
9. Liability & insurance
You remain professionally responsible for the care you provide and are encouraged to hold professional indemnity insurance. Atulyam is not liable for clinical outcomes of your consultations; you are not liable for platform availability or payment-processing issues outside your control.
10. Term & ending the relationship
Either side may end this relationship with 30 days' written notice (email is sufficient). Consultations already scheduled within the notice period should be completed or re-scheduled with care. Atulyam may suspend access immediately where member safety or law requires it. Sections 4, 6 (for amounts due) and 9 survive termination.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction, subject to a first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably.
12. Changes
We may update these terms; we will notify you by email and the updated terms apply to consultations scheduled after the notice. Continuing to take consultations means you accept the update.
